March 25, 2024 - In my search for decent Cabs at reasonable prices, I tried this suggestion from the local wine shop. Success! I was concerned that this is a non vintage wine, but this wine checked all the boxes for a decent weekday night. It has the characteristics of the grape. Besides dark berries, the nose had bell pepper and nutmeg as well. Tannins were light. Not a wine for long term cellaring. I will buy a few more bottles.
