November 23, 2023 - This was a fun bottle to try. Very dry, no perceptible sweetness. Medium to light yellow. Mild yeast notes, less acidic and fewer bubbles than champagne. Not complex, but nothing off either. A nice aperitif sipper.

June 18, 2023 - I'll weigh in because this one was a fun Garagiste gamble for a very small buy-in, and the comments here are back and forth. I had 2 bottles and drank the first one a couple of weeks ago. It was okay. Interesting, different, enjoyable enough with and without food over a couple of nights but not great. A little flabby around the middle and lacking any crisp acidity that I was wishing for, but not bad. Opened the 2nd bottle last night and struggled through a glass and a half until recognizing the off-putting flavor as buttermilk. Dumped the rest of the bottle. I don't think the first bottle tasted like that, so maybe there's quite a bit of variance from bottle to bottle? Or this second one had an odd bacterial taint? I dunno. Glad I don't have any more.

December 21, 2022 - Clear bottled pet-nat, large bubbles, lemon zest, very dry, small amount of sediment. I’m going to disagree with others here. I enjoyed it and would buy again. Good QPR from garagiste.

August 17, 2022 - Good value, a touch of sweetness and easy drinking. Not very excited about it - maybe it could use some more acidity or something to bring it alive more. A clear bottle is not something I would use, but maybe the custom for this kind of wine. Cheers.

May 12, 2022 - Russk. Andrea brought to Shumanji with Brad. This time, we both found it different than last time (see note below), a touch sweeter. On second thought, i don't need more.
