  March 25, 2023 - Light in alcohol but concentrated. The acidity and sweetness are closely balanced but veers towards a sweet impression. Main aroma is apricot, followed by other stone fruit and citrus rind. Very light petrol note that doesn't get in the way. Ever so slightly bitter on the palate. Moderate finish. Good but not excellent and at it's finest with some food (I found soft cheeses to work well).

  October 16, 2021 - Very pale lemon colour, with a nose of toffee, pineapple, citrus. Quite light on its feet cold, apples, citrus, lovely balance of acidity and sweetness-not cloying at all, slight spritz. More richness warmer, but better and more refreshing cold.

  July 15, 2021 - definite summer smasher. apples and apricot, pineapples and lemons. Talc and slate. Nicely balanced, but sweet entrance and a sweet exit. not enough acid through the mid palate/back palate but at £11 a decent bargain

  June 13, 2021 - Light, fresh, and simple - heaps of peaches and apples with sweet white flowers. Crisp and lively, but with just a bit of oiliness in the mid-palate. Other vintages have had a bit more oomph, though perhaps it's just the extreme youth of this bottle.
