March 6, 2022 - I was expecting more from this bottle. Never tried it before, opened and drank in two hours. The alcohol on the bottle it was only 12,5% but the sensation while drinking it was to have a more high level

January 27, 2022 - Au chapeau de paille
Un blanc tout en finesse, en retenue, en élégance modeste, au nez discrètement floral, anisé, subtilement gourmand: pas d’ostentation oenologique (bonbon ect…) ici, mais une recherche de précision tout particulière; on peut facilement passer à côté.
En bouche c’est un peu pareil, il est tactilement subtil, rond, salin, sans exubérance : la minéralité salivante remplace l’acidité, de (légers) amers participent à cet équilibré nuancé et sans puissance.

September 2, 2021 - Biodynamic wine of 30% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne, 40% Clairette. Aged in concrete eggs. Medium golden color. Aromas started with reduction, that dissipated after 30 min. Aromas of some vegetables, apricot, cumin, spices, honey. Medium+ acidity, Very mineral with long saline finish. Wife said, that it taste like salted herring. Gastronomic wine, not crowd pleaser. High quality Provence white wine. Drink now and next 7 years.
