June 3, 2012 - Massive improvement over last tasting. Lange '06s are really coming together.

November 26, 2010 - Super with turkey dinner, silky smooth, deep dark cherry and blackberry, balanced by easy acidity and smooth integrated tannins. This was singing after 2hrs of sitting in open bottle on the counter. Wish I had more.

March 10, 2010 - Floral nose - velvety texture and dark fruit - surprisingly tannic but mellowed out after about 45 minutes into a gorgeous well balanced wine. I will let this breathe or wait a couple years on my next 2 bottles.

September 25, 2009 - The bouquet is thin, the wine is rather shy, coming in gently with toast, butter, oak, plum and a medium acidity. The exit is big raspberry, which lingers long and lovely in the mouth.Later, the bright fruit flavors mellow nicely and allow root vegetable notes in the mouth. This pinot noir is extremely well balanced. Each flavor is distinct, soft and a nice blend in the overall taste...

July 18, 2009 - I find this wine to be an excellent buy in this price range. Fruit-forward strawberry, nice body length and structure, typical PN flavors, but no hard edges or imbalance to speak of.
