June 25, 2023 - Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Still tight. This needs time to open. Tangy apple and pear fruit. Some mineral. Saline. Some richness here. Excellent balance.

May 20, 2023 - Pale to mid straw. Initially very grippy with lots of dry extract evident. Chewy and moth filling against good line and crisp zip. Lithe but pithy. Opens nicely to show some florality. Still a baby, this would benefit from a few years to round out through the middle and add some complexity to the mineral notes. ****

February 14, 2023 - Agree with the general consensus here - a mineral driven, lithe, and tactful version of the Richards Cuvée. Now that I got the 1st of three finished, I’ll let my remaining bottles sleep for a spell, perhaps 5 to 7 year before the next one.
