July 2, 2023 - Inky dark ruby to bright purple at times. Too ripe, primary and oily for first few hours. Thanks to 5+ hours of aeration, this blend of Zin and PS drastically improved. Rich fruits notes of strawberries, raspberry jam, ripe cherries, blueberry pie, fresh herbs, vanilla, licorice and cracked black pepper. Nice lifting acidity, ripe tannins on a solid finish.
