December 31, 2022 - Viñedo en ecológico desde 1971. Los vinos se crían en roble. Ensamblaje de las 3 variedades habituales. Non dosé. Degüelle reciente: 13/9/2022. Valle del Marne. Vicent Laval retomó la bodega familiar en 1996 donde cuenta con 3,3 has, muy cerquita de Epernay.
Amarillo dorado. nariz expresiva, bastante elegante, con una seductora presencia de notas más maduras (algo de bollería, frutos secos, fruta blanca compotada), junto con un lado más fresco, con matices florales, fruta blanca más crujiente, algo de frutilla del bosque y fruta con hueso. En bocas entra bien, cremoso, con muy buena frescura, seco pero con cierto aire goloso, cierta mineralidad, estructura ligera pero firme y notable persistencia.
