June 28, 2023 - Spice box. Name it, it’s in there. Almost like a curry. Definitely cumin, cardamom, ginger, and white pepper. Exciting raspberry and smoked maraschino. Nice long finish. Enjoy.

June 26, 2023 - Nose of cherry, citrus peel, roses and slight hint of moldy citrus. Palate is deep but tight with black cherry and brambly berry providing a tight focus, before expanding into earthy textures driving acidity through firm tannins, orange pith, mint, baked red fruits, and red licorice into an oak and red fruit finale. I can see this improving. 92+ points
