January 9, 2023 - Paired with Ribs/BBQ Beans/Orings/Mexican Street Corn
Opened 5 hours early and decanted about 2 hours before pouring.
Very soft and smooth at first sip. Perfect blend of Cab/Syrah/etc to pair with the bold tastes of the meal. Beautiful wine and will cellar the other 2018 for as possible. -
