December 4, 2022 - Just a solid, lovely rose. Cherry, rose and seawater on nose. Palate nicely acidic, salty, lemon and cherry, with a bit herbal astringency toward finish. Plenty of complexity, but does not demand your attention if you prefer to just enjoy a wonderful drink.

August 29, 2022 - Nose floral rose, some cherry.n Mineral/seawater. Palate more complex, great acid, very salt-seawater, lemon, red cherry. A really good, really lasting rose - this hits way above price point.
