January 12, 2024 - Medium to full body, 14% abv, transparent brick-cherry colour. Intense red fruits, flowers mushrooms, leather and cedar tar. Classic Nebbiolo palate of strawberry, cranberry and juicy acidity, following by muscular but already integrated tannins and spicy finish of good length. Complex and rich but delicate, well balanced and easy drinking, charm wine. Food friendly, well pairing to risotto ai pollo. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open one hour ahead. Drink now while young and the next 7/8 years.

September 16, 2023 - Light red color that you could see through it. On the nose it was shy and medium body and medium aftertaste.

April 9, 2023 - Enjoyed at neighborhood Italian restaurant. Subtle at bottle opening but flavors evolve over time. Light jammy flavors, mellow and not highly tannic.
