December 2, 2021 - Grand Cru Shiraz (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Savoury, closed, meaty, alcohol warmth, very slightly resinous, rocky minerality, gets prettier with time shows a little jubeyness. Medium plus intensity acidity, tight tannins are drying, alcohol warmth intrudes on the finish. time may help but this is quite disjointed at the moment.
