Community Tasting Notes 1

    March 7, 2024 - Tasted over 3 hrs
    -translucent light gold
    -buttery
-med/med+ acidity, med/med- weight crisp orchard fruit, prominent oak
-a crisp wine with nice cut that is marred by a little too much oak, seems like it is trying to be a generic oaky Napa chard rather than the Copains of old
