August 12, 2023 - 2019 Ratti Ocheti, Langhe Nebbiolo: Pale red tending to orangeish edge. Perfumed, delicate red berries, sandlewood. Ooh, surprisingly tender on the palate, again with light red fruit and good persistence. Pretty, but one has to pay proper attention!
2017 Produttori del Barbaresco, Barbaresco: light red, thin orange edge. Sweet ripe strawberry and stem bouquet. Palate is ripe strawberry and spice... light concentration, delicious with a firm finish. Really enjoying this ce soir! -

March 21, 2023 - Color: Clear, garnet
Nose: Muted; hint of berries.
Palate: light, compatible with a young Nebbiolo. Some berry flavors, hints of spice (? cinnamon). Tannins initially prominent, quickly integrated.
Finish: Moderate, very pleasent.
Went really well with homemade ravioli, green salad, bread/provolone. -

December 1, 2022 - been meaning to get to this..i havent had a nebbiolo wine in ages...i gave half the bottle an hr in the decanter and slo ox the other half..lots of black tea, has the marzipan hint...faded cherry, concrete dust,strawberry juice....need to get back to this style...damn guys thats dope...so much bark,cherry,sweet brown spice,roasted thyme,buttermilk....so nebbiolo....second pour after 1hr in decanter...
