It’s more direct/linear, but the fruit and herb profile is the same, and the finish has a similar profile. What sets this apart from the Ramey is the freshness of the acidity. It’s a more mouthwatering rendition, and in certain circumstances that’s the better option. I love having both available, and will drink either/both whenever I can.

Seems like it needs at least another year to really come together, and decide what it wants to be when it grows up. Right now it’s a rough draft of an outline of the thesis.

June 30, 2022 - The only one I have in this producer and vineyard combination. This is an incredibly well balanced Chardonnay. Notes of yellow fruit, sweet and young with tart Granny Smith apple, basil and white pepper spice. Medium++ bodied wine and really has a lot of integration and growing up to do. Beautiful...just wish I had six or so more!
