January 15, 2022 - Pale yellow color with excellent clarity. Floral aroma, pungent and sweet on the nose. Lime and grapefruit flavors dominate with an underlying crispness. Smooth mouthfeel. Pleasantly acidic and refreshing. Lingering floral finish. An excellent expression of this native Swiss grape.

September 29, 2021 - Brilliant, pale lemon. Moderately intense aromas of lemon, with herbal and floral notes. Dry, with pronounced acidity and some phenolic bitterness. Medium-bodied, 13°. Saline finish. Good palate cleanser.
