Served a bit cool, this pretty good from the start. Lovely savoury tone with focussed red fruits and a touch of wildness. Quite light on its feet with no alcohol in the finish. Not unlike Coudoulet de Beaucastel, whish is praise indeed! Absolutely the best empowerment project wine I've had. Love to try the whites sometime. -

June 10, 2021 - Weak, short, thin, sweet. A brief fruity flavour, a hint of vanilla, then it's over. Bad value for money from Waitrose.
