June 26, 2022 - Good typicity, medium intensity with a lot of jazmin and a little lychee. In the mouth, medium plus volume, pineapple, some residual sugar, sligtly effervescent, medium acidity. The alcohol (13.5%) feels in the medium finish. Maybe I would guess Alsace if tasted blind. Pleasant if not overly complex wine.
