January 27, 2024 - Noticeable improvement and integration from our last bottle a little over a year ago, which had more lemon and acidity. Still a touch of lemon but toned down along with the acidity, with a mix of other citrus fruits. Light on its feet, elegant, dazzling, all the superlatives in the reviews. Impressed our guests who hadn't had a champagne quite like this, with this much character.
