April 11, 2021 - Super whole bunchy, ashy, spice, slightly lifted pear, a little dry ginger and this proves to be quite bitter on the palate, juicy, drying tannins are tight and chalky, quite smoky on the palate.

April 10, 2021 - Very good 'naturally' made skin-contact pinot gris.

    Pale, luminous pink-orange
Pronounced nose of peach, blood orange and ginger, along with bergamot tea.
Dry, medium (+) acidity, low silken tannins, medium alcohol (12.4%), medium body with medium (+) intensity orange, ginger and smoky tea playing out over a medium (+) length.

Lovely example of its type, so alive... probably wont improve with time, but can be held for a few years at least. Nice work Shashi!
    Cork.
