  September 22, 2023 - Lovely velvety mouthfeel, good structure with enough acidity and grippy tannin. Red and blue fruits, touch of spice. Drinks well, but provides limited pleasure to the nose.

  April 7, 2023 - Rich, but not too rich, structured yet approachable, quite dark in tone. We enjoyed this a lot, but it was overshadowed by the Burgaud we had beforehand.

  September 17, 2022 - Nice nose in the darker fruit spectrum. Almost plush but not top-heavy or lacking in acidity. Some palates might feel this is excessive for a beaujolais. Not much tannin. To my palate this seems fully ready. Good value.

  May 19, 2021 - The Wine Society: Beaujolais wines; 5/10/2021-5/20/2021: Took 20 minutes to broaden out and lose a bit of a burnt toast notes, but then this spread out into a beautifully balanced but structured Beaujolais. Fragrant cherry and mushroom notes cut through with a touch of strawberry. Earthy, grippy. Great value.
