April 13, 2023 - This was great. Lots of acidity and a nice round texture. I wonder if this went through ML, actually. Tropical fruit, hints of coconut, citrus, and a long-ish finish.

September 2, 2021 - Delightful; crisp, clean flavor with hint of citrus; easy to drink.
August 28, 2021 - Light straw color. Nose of damp limestone. Light bodied. Sour apple and white peach. A little sweetness and a slight tartness to it. Really hits the spot on a hot summer day.
August 21, 2021 - Citrus, but also a bit of under-ripe peach. Maybe needs a little time.
July 27, 2021 - Consistent with earlier bottle. This reminds me of the Turley zins in terms of lush texture, but the flavors are much more restrained and subtle. Lovely SB.
July 20, 2021 - i will be the outlier on this note and rating.. average at best.. typical new world sb.. nose was classically lemon and citrus.. beautiful nose.. degraded on the palate to a slightly overripe pear, pineapple tropical fruit mush. didn't stand out, didn't get better, finish was bitter as expected.. most SB have a pithy seed finish to me. Average.. 87 might be to high but the quality was evident. .its well made just nothing about it that stands out.. i wont be buying this one again.
June 10, 2021 - Chilled, popped and poured. Dense and lively nose of melon, gooseberry and wild flowers. Rich mouthfeel and some more dense, earthy notes, topped up with vibrant summer fruits. A very Turley-esque SB resulting in a unique style that puts a smile on your face.
