Bouquet of stone fruits with some lemon zest, also some mint comes to mind as well as nice brioche creaminess.
For a more or less entry level Champagne this represents good value.
March 11, 2024 - Nice texture, with fine little bubbles (not that I’m any expert here). Aromas are lemon curd, a brioche and buttered toast character that is almost more shortbread, golden apple, and just a little lavender, putting me in mind of one of my favorite treats in my early 20s, a lavender ice cream sundae with lemon curd and shortbread cookies. Shockingly specific, actually. And pretty darn good grower Champagne.
March 10, 2024 - Very toasty nose.
Full of flavour, but in no way blowsy, good acid seam. Touch of parsnip.
This is the 70% 2016, disgorged in 2019.

March 6, 2024 - Showed a lively mousse on the pour and fine bead bubbles that lasted. Tasting was fairly middle of the road - crisp green apples, good body and structure. Balanced with decent levels of acidity. Solid but nothing too special here.

Nose - slightly fresh dough, green apple
Palate - green apple, good acidity, not super complex, medium finish
January 30, 2024 - The note from Francophile1 is spot on. Dominant apple note. Good balance, cusp of brut/extra brut (6g/L dosage, a touch sweet for my palate). Simple, crisp easy drinking.
December 31, 2023 - Pleasant and easy drinking. The green apple on this is prominent. Almost tastes like drinking sparkling apple juice.
