Crispy, medium size bubble texture.
Excellent entry champagne for everyone.
November 25, 2020 - Fresh, Apple, sharpness, everything you want with low dosage
November 10, 2020 - Very austere, enamel stripping acidity. Some fruit behind the steely texture but incredibly tightly wound. Definitely wakes you up, but not exactly light and refreshing. A bit richer when matched with some very salty food, with a more rounded finish.
October 11, 2020 - Love this Champagne. Clean and so drinkable and pairs well with food.
