February 22, 2024 - Similar to prior notes after SO for an hour; delicious, drink or hold
September 27, 2023 - Very classic riesling nose with a hint of petrol. Palate lacks concentration. No obvious flaws, but also not great or interesting. Disappointing for the price and there are better options in the region. But I'd still drink it if it was poured for me.
July 4, 2023 - Excellent first vintage FLX dry Riesling for Hobbs. Minerality present along w/petrol notes from this young east Seneca Lake vineyard.
June 24, 2023 - The balance here is spot-on: acidity, body, fruit. A fine and characteristic Riesling if not wildly characterful. The nose is full of lime, which gives way to a bit of petrol. This got better with air over the course of the evening, and I will wait a bit on my other bottles.
June 21, 2023 - This is a fantastic Dry Riesling from the FLX region. First vintage for the Paul Hobbs vineyard and I feel like this will be a hard one to follow up on. Tangy in a fruity way and refreshing.

December 2, 2022 - Straw yellow in color. Petrol nose. Lime, green apple flavors. Nice acidity.
November 20, 2022 - Lemon, lime and a touch of petrol. High quality FLX riesling.
October 6, 2022 - Paul Hobbs entry into the Finger Lakes Riesling universe. Impressive start.
