January 30, 2024 - Venturing into deep Abruzzo searching f value & found this quite enticing Trebbiano f new acquaintance Valle Reale (v19, 13% ABV, 6,950 bottles produced) - mid-elevation, ’Trebbiano from the Cold’ according to the producer. And yes, it is indeed cool in style & truly amiable. Deep golden in appearance. Nose brimes w vanilla, ripe yellow apples, peach, barrel spice - v alluring & approachable. Palate is m-bodied, fine energy, ample acidic structure, flavours echoing nose w added butter, exotic, mineral-dry finish!

November 26, 2023 - Moden frukt med litt sitrus, blomster, te (?). Litt feitt i munnfølelsen, med en fin varme som ikke bikker over. Frisk også, med god syrestruktur. Sommerlig vin som ikke passer til årstida, men er god likevel. Relativt kort i ettersmaken.

November 26, 2022 - Nose of white fruits.
Never drank such a fresh Trebbiano, the vines are on the Gran Sasso at altitude. The white fruit dominates with a tension that is rare to find on an Italian white. The juice is tense and balanced. Floral finish of a beautiful purity.
I loved.
