September 4, 2015 - Bit of acidity and fruit left, would have held up for more years in the cellar

March 10, 2014 - We poured the wine into a small decanter and served the first glass immediately. It offered jammy red and dark fruit aromas, mild vegetal notes, coffee and cocoa on the nose. On the palate the wine showed sweet, ripe red and dark fruit flavours, blackberry, cherry, black currant, plum, Brussels sprout, spices, chocolate, coffee and cocoa, paired with medium to medium-plus acidity, medium to medium-plus fine, well-integrated tannin and very good length. The round, reasonably complex wine drank well (although I preferred the more complex Miguel Torres Cabernet Sauvignon Manso de Velasco I had the other night). Drink now.

February 19, 2012 - Medium + intensity on the nose with black fruits, cedar wood, cigar box, spices and liquorice. You feel the alcohol too. Fruit is just between very ripe and over ripe. Is not my style but that is well done.
Full body and sweet in the mouth with good intensity. The alcohol is a bit dominant and you feel a burning sensation at the end. Good and integrated tannins structure but a bit dry. The length is good +.

August 5, 2011 - Full, complex, but a bit much alcohol and acidity, could do very well with another year or two in the cellar.

June 15, 2008 - Deep purple in colour, this wine showed sweet berry fruit, spice and a hint of alcohol on the nose. The palate is rich and smooth - ripe cherry, blueberry and creamy vanilla characters.
