Community Tasting Notes 3

  • Tobinski Likes this wine:

May 29, 2022 - First time crossing paths with the Erbaluce grape. Intoxicating, complex nose featuring golden raisins and flowers. On the palate this is pliant and medium bodied, with layers of yellow apple, melon, and menthol. Zesty acidity lingers on the finish, keeping me coming back for more. Beautiful wine!

June 1, 2021 - Tasty thirst-quenching and zippy white, Erbaluce. Didn't notice it last night at the tasting but today it's really fun with starfruit, melon, gooseberry and some earthy almond notes. Tastes like natural wine making. Italian Whites aperitivo.

    April 23, 2021 - Farve: korngul. Lidt bundfald. 5/5
Duft: tropiske frugter, lidt syre, fedme. 11/15
Smag: tropiske frugter, honningmelon. God syre der styrer den, og lækker lang eftersmag med mange lag. 16/20
Overall: lækker frisk, god for sig selv, god til let mad. 8/10
    Ok køb til 200 terroristen.
