March 30, 2023 - Brief notes from a social event. Herbal base, dried tomato, a thin floral layer and red berry fruit. Great acidic and tannic structure with a fine build. More juicy red berry fruit here. This was a highly enjoyable Brunello.
March 25, 2023 - Still a little closed. Med bouquet, tannin very present after 2 hour decant. Potential is there but need to hold for 3-5 years longer
October 26, 2022 - This wine has a beautiful bouquet of fruit and floral notes. It’s cherry across the lips but shows depths of character by mid-palate. Very pleasing finish. It melts in your mouth with charcuterie!
February 27, 2022 - Also with a very high perfume to it. More cherry, bright cherry, and sleek. And so much more, but all high toned and sleek is the word that stays in the mind. Plush and very fine in the mid palate, seamless all the way through to the back of the palate, where there is just a mild sense of grip. Very well done.
April 19, 2021 - Best on day three so this beauty needs some time, a whole lotta time.
April 16, 2021 - Also rather classically style to it. At least in the smell. And on the palate as well. Will be super interesting to see how these evolve.
