May 22, 2023 - @lakevino has this down. Fruit and spicy minerals. Best on night one but still strong on night two. I know it would take a serious rose to crack the mid 90s but I’m not sure how much more someone could ask for. This is damn good pink juice.

October 8, 2022 - Pale red. Nose classic CF - red cherry, bell pepper, mineral. Palate a bright, acidic red fruit with mineral support. Herbal tones, too. Really well made rose, at a good $.
