January 5, 2022 - 14 Alk., 100% Touriga nacional. Violette, opake Farbe. Ätherische Kräuter in der Nase, und dichte schwarze Frucht, dezenter Holzeinsatz, etwas Kaffee und bittere Schokolade. Extraktreich, schwarzfruchtig, mundauskleidend, massives aber seidiges Tannin, adstringierend, aber auch gute Säurespur, alles beieinander. Nicht zu fett, feine mineralische Länge. Macht jetzt Spaß, hätte aber sicher auch noch einige Jahre vor sich gehabt. (93)
