December 21, 2021 - Really good Meritage, with a very clear smoked bacon aroma on the nose with a touch of leather. High alcohol, as it is always the case with Vanessa Vineyard, but it's well integrated. Smooth tannins, not aggressive at all. Drinking very well now, but could be cellared for another 5-7 years.
