July 25, 2023 - While enjoyable did not bring the goods the way other K bottles have. Have two more bottles and will give them a little time before opening to see if anything good happens.

June 19, 2023 - Very spicy raspberry fruit. Some savory olive tapenade. Tastes like a northern Rhone Syrah rather than a GSM. This is very interesting as it comes across with huge flavors but also light on its feet. Very nice.

March 17, 2023 - Crazy cool nose that is very much dominated by flowers.
Lilac, lilies, frangipane, and gardenia along with fresh ground pink peppercorn. Not really a whole lot of fruit here but what little fruit there is, is in the fresh raspberry spectrum.
Gamey flavors, medium weight and extraction, and a nice tight, fine grained slightly green tannin that leads to a finish of herbs de Provence, with red candy.

This would be amazing with lamb or duck. A buttery duck breast would be heaven.

It has the tannic structure to hold up for a few more years in the bottle but, the main event here is the freshness of these flowers so I don't know if this wine really needs much more time in the bottle. I guess it would be interesting to see exactly what would happen with some time but I definitely consider this wine in a drink now phase.

January 7, 2023 - Great GSM that paired wonderfully with grilled salmon and broccoli.
