May 28, 2022 - Nice, easy drinking cab. Not oaked - mainly driven by the fruit. Ripe peaches, prunes, red figs, licorice, some saltiness. Very nice. Not over the top. Balanced and reminiscent of Old World wines.

May 5, 2022 - First thirty min. Seems like it needs more bottle age. Little aggressive on the tannins Nice taste of fruit on the front end. Slight hint of spice after initial taste. Hints of vanilla on the nose Would love to taste this after it softens. Long finish. At least a min. For sure.

2nd day the wine has definitely softened some.

Day three wine has softened even more. Nose isn’t as restricted as it was on the first day Still has a lasting finish. Tannins are still there Wine is wayyyy better

Lol day 4! Dayyyy 4. This wine is still tannic driven with still a lonnnnggg finish. This is day 4 once again. I have three more bottles. I’m not drinking prob for at least 4 years Maybe longer. This wine has the structure to last four days an still be strong on the tannins. I think this is going to be a good wine in time. In my opinion this wine is very reasonable on price considering the quality. Great job. 90-91 in my opinion. Could be a strong 93-94 or a great 91. I will have to wait in see.

April 15, 2022 - Are appearances deceiving? With this wine yes, in my opinion. It starts out well with a compelling crimson purple color with a soft nose. On the palate, it's under developed and uninspiring. This Cab lacks the boldness, flavors and and essence that I have a fondness for in a modern style Cabernet. It's not a bad wine and could develop with extended cellaring, I'll refrain from rating this wine but it's not my preferred style. Meh! 🤐

December 11, 2021 - In a really great place. Well balanced red fruit and tannins are integrated nicely. Enjoy as a PnP, it’s ready out of the gate
