July 7, 2021 - Popped and poured. Salmon color. Aroma of pears and apricots. Orange and orange peel flavors up front, chalky mineral finish. Unique combination of fruitiness and mineral bitterness, robust, firm backbone, great staying power. Perfect accompaniment to a vinegary, cilantro laced summer salad.
