May 2, 2021 - On the nose, aromas of pink grapefruit, lime zest, fresh white flowers, citrus zest, thyme and hints of sea salt. The palate offers an undercurrent of zesty acidity with flavors of pink grapefruit, rose water, lime zest, minerals and hints of sea salt). Overall a crisp, dry rose with med+ acidity.
