March 10, 2022 - Oddly I couldn't get this to pair with burgers well, or really anything for that matter. I think it has *too* much carbonation - and comes off like a pink champagne wannabee instead of an effervescent rose'. But, for ten bones: time to stop complaining.

December 29, 2021 - Very nice, with a crisp dry finish. Even 5 days after opening it was enjoyable, although with less carbonation. Sealed with a proper sparkling cap and refrigerated. Would buy again.

September 24, 2021 - Lots of bubbles. Pretty enjoyable, despite the bottle cap and slightly off putting hue. Dry and refreshing. Killer for the price.
