November 8, 2023 - Lovely yellow in the glass with a light nose of lemon zest, pear, and orange peel. The palate is well rounded with good acidity, a medium long finish, and notes of green apple, lemon, a pleasant slight hint of nutty oxidation, and a dry minerality. A nice refreshing wine that goes great with fish cakes.
