  Liquid electricity. One of my favourites with sexy kombucha flavour and electric acidity. So intense and rich field blend from sandy Sahary vineyard. Neuburg makes its core, Müller Thurgau brings flesh on the bones and Muscat wraps it all up in floral bouquet.

  September 2, 2021 - Tasty pet nat. Pale cloudy white yellow color. Aroma of grapefruit, tart pear, cucumber, elderflower, seaweed, and honeydew melon.
  
  Lightly carbonated. Dry and pleasantly acidic. Nice aperitif.

  July 16, 2021 - Almost 400 Volts this year! Mainly Neuburger and Muller Thurgau, gently sparkling with high acidity and tart citrus fruit. Minus the gas, kind of reminds me of the 2020 Homok. Drinks very well. Even holds in an open bottle.

  June 29, 2021 - PnP etter lang vaske-og-flytte-kjeller-dag. Fin særegen parfymert lukt mot moscato og sitron. Aromatisk smak ala nesen med mye frukt og intens syre. Kanskje verdens beste sitronbrus. Hylleblomst . Fin utenom det vanlige opplevelse
