May 4, 2021 - Made of the muskateller-grape. Color: white-yellow. Nose: very refined muscat-nose. Taste: very light fruit (peach, apple), very refined herbs. A refined, dry muscat, drunk with kings-mackerel with a sauce of mustard and tarragon. It matched both the mustard and tarragon in the sauce very well. A nice surprise. (87-)88.
