    May 27, 2022 - Med ruby
    Med acidity, med+ body
Flavours of blackberry, blood plum, cinnamon and cedar spice. Secondary flavours of woody herbs, some mushroom and savoury flavours
Great intensity and long length. Great balance

May 31, 2021 - A selection of the best cabernet barrels. Medium-bodied, smooth although a spike of juicy fruit and acid kicks late. Seems to have the best aging ability of the PC reds from 2019. May well rate higher in time.
