April 16, 2023 - Pale gold medium body (12.5%) wine. Fruity nose followed by sweet melon and delicious apple fruit with a hint of key lime. Mile long finish.
March 11, 2023 - Clear, bright gold color. Full aromatics of lime zest & fresh quince, with orange blossom, jasmine, crushed rock, powdered ginger and hints of toasted hazelnut. Fresh, vibrant fruit on the palate, notes of lemon, white pear and apricot, with rich secondary layers of saltwater taffy, butterscotch, nutmeg, crushed stone and rose hips. Terrific flavor intensity, with expansive middle density and rounded edges. Brightly integrated acidity, fine-grained and mouthwatering through the finish.
November 21, 2022 - Clear medium body (12.5%) wine. This wine takes at least 45 minutes to open. Then the sophisticated fruit presents itself.
October 10, 2022 - Beautiful pale gold medium body (12.5%) wine. Nice floral nose. After about 40 minutes the fruit becomes a full mouth melody of pear, honeydew and apple fruit with a hint of lemon and a touch of straw. Very satisfying long finish.

April 9, 2022 - Light gold color. Lively aromatics of key lime & lemon curd, slate, oyster shell, ginger powder, clove and hibiscus. Ebullient on the palate, with creamy zesty citrus, edgy minerals & salinity, and savory floral and spice tones. Medium weight and lithe on the palate, with round and integrated bright acidity and structure, finishing with long succulent length.
