March 21, 2023 - The opening notes of violets, coupled with all those sweet, ripe, cherries, spice, plums, and licorice gets you excited to know more., and you do once the wine crosses your palate with all of its layers of fresh, silky, elegant red fruits that express a beautiful sense of purity, chocolate, and spice on the palate. Beauregard has really been upping their game over the last couple of years. Drink from 2024-2047.

March 6, 2023 - UGCB tasting Bordeaux 2020 Walkaround tasting so in general just short notes (Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam.): In the bouquet dark berries and beautiful oak, same on the palate, juicy fruits and acidity and round slightly sticky tannin. Beautiful wine. Try around 2030 or a bit later. 92 - 93+

Im Gaumen cremig und erstaunlich schlank, keine Überextraktion, sehr elegant, der Wein hat Präzision, wirkt federleicht und aromatisch dennoch sehr komplex, fast schon burgundisch im Charakter, äusserst delikat, eine Sünde wert. 2026-2045 (Verkostet am 8. June 21, 2021 - Wie immer sehr floral im Bukett. Die CF lässt grüßen. Detailiert, sehr gute Frische. Der Gaumen bestätigt den frischen Eindruck. Delikat, animierend, lineares Tannin. Ein Charmeur mit feiner Klinge. 92-94
