January 6, 2019 - Very bright and aromatic fruit with some earthy minerality- so bright as to almost evoke a grapefruit citrus. As it opened up a bit the brightness mellowed and showed plum fruit and herbs, but this seems to have barely faded at all. It's still very intensely tannic as well.
