March 19, 2024 - Sushi and Champagne at Billy's (Billy Sushi, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Very good, sweet nose, full bodied, custard, almond cream, pear, very fresh and floral too. Loved it.
