November 13, 2021 - Tree fruit, a bit of floral notes, and some flint on the nose. Lemon, grapefruit, pear, and minerals on the palate. Medium body, medium plus acid, medium finish.

August 13, 2021 - Bought on an impulse after seeing the recent wsj article on Pouilly-Fumé. Served @ 10c/50f w/Baked Tilapia fillets, saffron rice & caprese salad.
Nice clear pale yellow in the glass. Fragrant nose of white apple flowers, carrying over to the palate with lemony citrus notes. Light to Medium body with nice acidity and crisp minerality. Refreshing tartness on the pleasant, long finish. Nice flavorful Sauvignon Blanc and a great value as mentioned by citean. Compares well with a 2019 Tinel-Blondelet Pouilly-Fumé Arelles I recently found at Costco ($19). I'll get more. -

June 5, 2021 - A lovely old world styled sauvignon blanc that paired nicely with grilled tuna. Light to medium bodied with crisp acidity, bright citrus and flinty minerality. It opens up with air in the glass. I think its an excellent value at $12 at Trader Joes. 14.2% alcohol. A nice wine for a 90 degree day.
