March 2, 2023 - Nice light to medium bodied, well balanced Pinot noir. Cherry, strawberry, earth. Delicious paired with pork chops and a roux of butter, garlic, onions and beef broth.

July 10, 2022 - A bit light against red sauce and sausage. Earthy. Mushroom. Tart cherry. Admittedly not the best pairing but was eager to try it after our trip to Goosecross. I like many Goosecross offerings mucho.
