  As I have mentioned previously, not much to speak of on the nose here. But dry and saline on the palate, and a wine that is clearly built for food.

  June 9, 2023 - A nicely pure Chenin which is well showing its stony terroir, the mineral notes are dominant, otherwise there is some apple. Drunk over 4 days, was good from the beginning until the last sip.
