October 1, 2023 - Red fruits (raspberries, strawberries, cherries), violet, fresh and dry herbs together with high acidity and strong but integrated tannins. A great structures wine that is easy to combine with food or just sit and contemplate with!long and complex taste

August 26, 2023 - Saturday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Super young nebbiolo, but juicy and maybe a little more forward and less tannic than I would expect. Very fruit forward and enjoyable now -- this bottle I wouldn't want to age too long (which means maybe like 20 years) -- it doesn't seem to have the core for the long haul.

May 13, 2023 - Colour: light ruby turning tawny already.
Nose: roses, cherry blossom, strawberries, touch of mint and orange zest.
Taste: very tannic and drying at first, acidity does not feel high enough. Gum, lokum, raisins and plum.

April 27, 2023 - Good quality but not a ton of depth at present. Open and jammy after a few hours with loads of strawberry and raspberry. Rose and mineral complement but ripeness shines through. That said this is not Napa or Châteauneuf and the ripeness is in balance and not extracted. Drink now or hold a few more years. Moderate structure.

April 23, 2023 - Nose: Red fruits with roses and fresh floral tones
Taste: strong tannins that requires food gives the wine a dry, chalked, layer on the tongue. Pleasant red fruits, mainly strawberries, together with fresh floral tones. Complex.

Keep a few years and decante. Will be a 95+ in five years
